Edible pansies have a grassy, mild floral flavor.
Usage
Make your Easter breakfast, brunch or dinner extra festive with the yellow and purple edible flowers. You can use the flowers to decorate Easter cakes and cupcakes, garnish spring salads, quiches, poached eggs and decorate fruity pavlovas.
Storage advice
Place your bowl of flowers in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. The shelf life is 3-5 days.
Pansies are very fragile. They can be a bit limp due to the journey. Before use, place them in some ice water for 10 minutes to let them recover.
